Just prior to coating the freshly roasted pecans, we take the sugar
just beyond the point of no return in order to give just a hint of
bitterness that matches perfectly with the high cocoa content chocolate.
This is possibly a perfect combination.

Black tea and tangy, spicy bergamot give the ganache for this Truffled
bar a unique, surprisingly sweet flavor. This is a bar even Jean Luke
could love. Just don't order Earl Grey, hot. That'll melt the chocolate. |

Oh man. Now this is the stuff. The dark, ripe flavors of the fig may
be the ultimate match to our specially blended dark bittersweet chocolate.
This is a level of chocolate you have not experienced before. Truly
amazing. |

Yeah it may sound a bit boring for us, but sometimes tried and true
is tasty too. This is a classic combination taken to another level
with the dark blend of chocolate we've chosen for this bar. Can't
go wrong. |

This Truffled bar is filled
with the same mint ganache we use for our Minty Marla truffles. Our
mint ganache is unlike any chocolate-mint combo you've tasted. We use
a combination of different 100% fresh mints, giving our Minty Marlas
a bright, herbal mint flavor that is not overly sweet and that is unnaturally
refreshing.

There's a little bit of a lot of stuff in this complex, sweet, sour,
nutty, powerful chocolate bar. Dried cranberries, dried cherries, almonds,
and cacao nibs make this bar explode with yummy goodness in your mouth.

If you need to pull a 32 hour cross country jaunt
