This gem is a true lady - sweet, sophisticated, and graceful.
Everything is in perfect balance and proportion in this fine piece of chocolate.
Tipsy apricots are married with honey-mead ganache and house-roasted pecans, and then coated in a dark bittersweet that completes the entire package, giving this beauty a wildly complex flavor profile whose bright palette and aroma matches perfectly with the dark flavors of the Pimpdaddy himself.
 
By getting these seasonal favorites all liquored up, we take the edge off the sometimes overly sweet date and bring out its true character.

Our Plain Jane ganache and a lone pecan sliver are then added and the whole thing is finished with a thin shell of bittersweet, letting the subtle complexities of the imbued date shine through.
