Altthough at this time it is hard to beat popularity of our open-face package in non-packaged bulk form - 48 truffles a box, ready-to-serve from display cases, perfect for dessert specials, center-piece designs, favor packaging, etc., we do supply retalers with truffles in pre-packaged ready for sale on your shelves as portrayed above (1-, 2-, 4-, 6, 8, and 24-truffles boxes), yet we prefer to work with you to find the best type of package that will be most beneficial to you and to your customers.

WHOLESALE TERMS

Minimum Order Requirements:
The minimum order requirement to qualify for wholesale pricing is currently 48 truffles, with a minimum of 12 truffles per flavor. This initial order may be split-shipped with ship dates specified by the customer with a minimum of two weeks between shipments. The minimum per split-shipment is 48 truffles. To qualify for wholesale pricing, the initial order must be pre-paid in full prior to the first delivery. This pre-paid amount is non-refundable, see bellow:

Prepaid Orders Split-shipments Program:
To obtain additional discounts, many of our clients also prefer to place a large order, say every 3 months, and receive regular shipments from that order every 2 weeks. This ensures that you always have a fresh supply of truffles on hand.
To qualify for this program, the customer may choose to split the initial order quantity into a number of separate shipments delivered on customer specific dates (48 truffles min).
The initial order must be pre-paid in full prior to the first shipment. This pre-paid amount is an obligation to the entire order and is non-refundable. Any requests to alter pre-arranged ship dates must be made at least two weeks prior to the ship date. Alterations to the delivery schedule are authorized at the sole discretion of Truffle Junkies management. To request split shipments please notify us either prior to or after you complete your order.

Work Order Placement:
Word orders may be placed online, by phone, or by fax. By placing a work order, the customer is agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth herein and throughout the Truffle Junkies web site. Placing a work order is an obligation to abide by the terms set herein.

Order Cancellations:
Any work order cancelled prior to two weeks of a scheduled delivery date is subject to a twenty-five percent handling charge. Any order cancelled with less than two weeks notice is subject to a fifty-percent handling charge. Pre-paid split shipments are only alterable at the discretion of Truffle Junkies management, and may not be accepted. Any pre-paid amount for split-shipments is non-refundable. Changes in quantities for orders placed within 24 hours may be altered by contacting Truffle Junkies. Customers with a history of order cancellations may be refused further service by Truffle Junkies.

Shipping and Delivery:
Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment at time of delivery and contacting Truffle Junkies within 24 hours of delivery if there are any problems. Truffle Junkies is not responsible for any damage or defects to the product due to improper handling or storage. Please see 411 for proper storage and handling.
All shipments and deliveries are subject to current UPS, USPS, or FEDEX rates. Depending on the time of year and temperature of the destination city, shipping methods may need to be adjusted to 2-day air or next-day air with appropriate warm-weather packaging. All shipping and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers within a 100 mile radius of Truffle Junkies’ Ann Arbor facilities may have their orders delivered in-house at management’s discretion.

Localized deliveries:
If you happen to see a mint green 1963 Vespa tooling around your town with a basket full of truffles on the front and the guy piloting that machine covered in chocolate, you're in luck, you're within our local delivery district. Anyone within about a 50 mile radius of Ann Arbor may have there truffles hand-delivered by one of our semi-competent scooter studs. If you're not in our local radius, don't worry. We'll still get your truffles to you in perfect order. You just won't have the pleasure of discussing skateboards, pre-Sex Pistols punk or Alienware laptops with our truffle shleppers

Current Lead Time indicates time for shipping-out your order fromn the time of the purchase/work order placement.
If you thought you were ordering from some big, multi-national chocolate house which makes their 'truffles' using some very strange, metal contraptions that put their half-assed ganache into premade tasteless shells and than kick'em out to whoever as fast as possible, we apologize. That's not us. You will have to adopt to our 2-3 week lead time requirements, but it worth it.. Thanks.
